Risk Assessment Form

Risk assessments are very important as they form an integral part of a good occupational health and safety management plan.

They help to create awareness of hazards and risks and identify who may be at risk (employees, cleaners, visitors, contractors, the public, etc).

We the organisers of the Larks in the Park Event require all stallholders, exhibitors & performers to provide a copy of their Risk Assessment at the time of booking.

We regret that we are unable to allow any person or company to trade, exhibit or perform without all the required documentation.
