Public Liability Insurance

Public liability insurance covers the cost of legal action and compensation claims made against your business if a third party is injured or their property suffers damage whilst at your business premises or when you are working in their home, office or business property.

The Organiser of the Larks in the Park Event requires all stallholders, exhibitors & performers to provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance Certificate at the time of booking.

 

We regret that we are unable to allow any person or company to trade, exhibit or perform without all the required documentation.
